Air conditioner :
In summer, between June and September, the air conditioning works.

However, the law “on the energy saving of the city of Geneva”, prohibits us from starting the air conditioning, if the temperature of the outside air is lower than 25°C.

The air conditioning is only allowed to cool 5°C, less than the outside temperature.

Heating :
In winter, between November and April, adjust the temperature with the control panel located near the bed.

You have the choice between :

Continental breakfast CHF 18.-: Breakfast formula including a selection of pastries and fresh bread served with fruit juice and hot drink of your choice.
American breakfast CHF 29.-: Breakfast formula including a selection of pastries, fresh bread, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages (poultry, pork), as well as a selection of fruit juices and hot drinks of your choice.

The compulsary City tax will be charged separately on top of the room rate.
The price is CHF 3.75 per person per night.

Usual cancellation/no show policy for individuals bookingsUnless differently mentionned and agreed at the time of booking, our cancellation and no-shows fees are as follow:

Cancellation is free of charge if cancelled until 00:59 am (00h59) the day of arrival (Swiss time). If cancelled after 01:00 am (01h00) on day of arrival, the first night will be charged.
No-show: The first night will be charged in case of no-show and the reservation will be cancelled.
Early check-out (less nights than reserved): If you decide to shorten your stay before noon, you will receive a refund for the unused days minus 35% administration costs. These costs cover the price difference (longer stays generally get better rates than shorter stays), loss of sales (it is not obvious to find a new customer for your room at short notice), as well as various costs such as credit card commissions and other commissions…

Check-in time starts at 3pm

If you arrive earlier we shall do our best to find a room for you if available and if no room is ready we will store your luggage free of charge at the reception.

If you like to have a guaranteed early check-in (starting at 10:00 am) you can prebook a early check-in at 50.00 CHF by contacting the front desk.
Please excuse if there is a delay in the check in time which can appear if guests do not leave the rooms in time and the hotel was fully booked.

Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Late check-out is available until 3:00 p.m. at the latest.
The supplement is:
– 12:01 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. = CHF 30.-
– 1:01 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. = CHF 60.-
– 2:01 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. = CHF 90.-
– from 3:01 p.m. = Price of the normal next night with 5% discount.

Late check-out must be agreed with reception before 12 p.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

If the reception has not been informed about a late departure, the hotel has the right to pack up all items from the room and store them at the reception with no warranty/liability for the hotel.

10% discount, if you book more than 75 nights per year.
15% discount, if you book more than 300 nights per year.

Children are free until the age of 6 as long as they share their parent’s bed. If a bed is required the normal price applies.

The hotel has a limited number of places.

There is a possibility of parking in the hotel garden, outside.

In the event of damage or theft, the hotel declines all responsibility.

If no space is available at the hotel, please note that there are free bicycle parking spaces in nearby public spaces.
