A genuine payment request from us always comes from the hotel you booked, is always in Swiss francs (CHF) and always matches the exact amount of your confirmed reservation. Any request in another currency or for a different amount is a fraud: do not click and do not pay. If you have already paid, contact your bank immediately to block your card and dispute the transaction. When in doubt, call your hotel directly.
