The Hotel Geneva enjoys a peaceful spot in a pretty neighborhood near Geneva’s business district. International organizations like the Red Cross and the United Nations are nearby. From here it’s just 2 minutes’ walk to the tram stop, and the city center is just a 10-minute ride away.

The hotel has 70 room, all of which are tastefully furnished, and meet the needs of both business and leisure travellers. These carefully designed rooms come with wooden floors, as well as Wi-Fi, flatscreen TVs and climate control as standard. Some also offer garden views.

In summer you’re welcome to use our lovely garden terrace. There are no minibars in the rooms. The fridge in your room is empty and not switched on. At the reception you can buy drinks and snacks.

You can simply switch it on when you arrive if you need to store something in it.

Air conditioner :
In summer, between June and September, the air conditioning works.

However, the law “on the energy saving of the city of Geneva”, prohibits us from starting the air conditioning, if the temperature of the outside air is lower than 25°C.

The air conditioning is only allowed to cool 5°C, less than the outside temperature.

Heating :
In winter, between November and April, adjust the temperature with the control panel located near the bed.

Usual cancellation/no show policy for individuals bookingsUnless differently mentionned and agreed at the time of booking, our cancellation and no-shows fees are as follow:

Cancellation is free of charge if cancelled until 00:59 am (00h59) the day of arrival (Swiss time). If cancelled after 01:00 am (01h00) on day of arrival, the first night will be charged.
No-show: The first night will be charged in case of no-show and the reservation will be cancelled.
Early check-out (less nights than reserved): If you decide to shorten your stay before noon, you will receive a refund for the unused days minus 35% administration costs. These costs cover the price difference (longer stays generally get better rates than shorter stays), loss of sales (it is not obvious to find a new customer for your room at short notice), as well as various costs such as credit card commissions and other commissions…

If you like to check in earlier and if we have the availability you can book a special early check in service, instead of a day use room.

Late check-out is available until 3:00 p.m. at the latest.
The supplement is:
– 12:01 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. = CHF 30.-
– 1:01 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. = CHF 60.-
– 2:01 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. = CHF 90.-
– from 3:01 p.m. = Price of the normal next night with 5% discount.

Late check-out must be agreed with reception before 12 p.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
